Help Desk
All non-emergency network, computer, classroom technology, and telecommunication service requests should be submitted to Computer Services through our help desk software located here http://helpdesk.otcweb.edu. A user account is required before you can use this service. Click on the "register for an account" link below the log on to request an account. Utilizing this service will assist us in prioritizing requests and better manage our limited resources.
Emergency requests can be submitted by phone or in person to any member of the Computer Services staff.
