Computer Services
The OTC Computer Services Departments’ mission is to provide network, telecommunications, and computer support for faculty, staff, and students. In support of this mission, the Computer Services Department has accepted the following responsibilities:
- Planning, building, supporting and maintaining the information technology infrastructure that supports the mission of OTC
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to meet the administrative and academic needs of OTC with the resources available
- Assist the College in setting realistic expectations for technology
- Provide opportunities for faculty and staff to achieve a minimum level of competency in technology
- Timely support and resolution of problems
