College of the Ouachitas Board of Trustees invites nominations and applications for the position of President with a start date of January 2012. The Board is seeking an experienced CEO who is a strong advocate for student success, institutional effectiveness, and academic quality. The President shall be a mission-minded, dynamic, visionary, entrepreneurial leader committed to the further development of the institution and the communities it serves. The President shall be a model of high ethical and professional standards as a leader who can garner respect while inspiring and motivating the faculty and staff for performance excellence.
